My New Stainless Steel Microwave

By Abby Cardin

I love it when a plan comes together as it has. I have ditched my out-of-date kitchen and its major appliances for a sleek new contemporary d?cor style with every modern convenience at my finger-tips, right down to the cherry-on-the-top stainless steel microwave oven as my final acquisition item, to die for.

I did eventually out of curiosity, take this monster out of its box to try and appreciate that it just may have value to me, after all. So, I plugged it in at the electric wall socket, unpacked the Users Manual and reluctantly got started. I confess I did not expect to get past the first page of this manual. Step by easy step I progressed beyond the basics, surprisingly leaving my kitchen hours later, having gleefully succeeding in cooking up a storm.

Seeing as I am having my new kitchen built-in, I need to look to keep to the aesthetic flow by taking full advantage at this stage of accommodating my new microwave oven choice in the planned kitchen design.

Now to look at choices and options of which there appear to be so many that could just confuse my out of date perspective. I don't have the time to go from store to store. Mmm, I'll conveniently do a Google search on the web first, to collect relevant data and specifications on what is available for my new purchase.

My initial prejudice regarding stainless steel though was in the fact that I thought I could become rather irritated if I had to contend with finger smudge markings remaining to have me continually buffing and shinning surfaces but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the model of my choice addressed this issue entirely, featuring an exclusive surface finish, by design.

I have evolved into a habitual social being, sharing my culinary creations and table with more and yet more friends. Who would have thought that from not wanting this wonderful microwave oven as a gift, I would have changed my perceptions so radically?

At a stretch of the imagination I thought "where will I find what I want at the price my budget will allow" and furthermore "how can I be sure I will get the guarantee in the customer service quality I am expecting".

I checked out price comparison websites and found a great deal.

I have learned to come away from spontaneous buying and to rather develop a new habit of checking my available purchasing options first, then to go after what I have chosen, not compromising on quality and ultimately buying from the right source at the right price. I've done well and am very satisfied with my stainless steel microwave oven, at last! - 30289
